Diazepam: a highly effective and safe tranquilizer or an addictive drug? Investigating two sides of one medication.

Now patients are not shocked to hear a diagnosis such as panic disorder or anxiety disorder. We all are used to say that the main part of health disorders we experience arise because of nerves. The bad fact is that we seldom give it a thought. We live crazy careless lives taking from our bodies one enormous credit after another and with all that we never think of paying it back. What a destructive and naïve life position! The simple law of this universe states: you cannot take without giving anything in return. Sooner or later you will have to pay!

In the process of evolution personalities developed a mighty brain and a unique body able of healing awful wounds, conquering many infections and regenerating on the top of its abilities. For centuries our ancestors lived in a calm familiar world growing plants, breeding animals, hunting and turning to nature if they happened to fall ill. Only the passed two centuries changed human life greatly. Having the same biology as our ancestors, we live in a crazy world of constant fuss, harted, rush and stress. No wonder our bodies and our brains are so severely affected!

Here is the list of the essential reasons why over 80% of the world’s population acquire certain health troubles, either physical or mental:

- endless nervous strain and stress we experience every day of our lives at work and in private life;
- lack of healthy physical exercise (sitting the majority of the day typical for mental workers and wrong physical strain typical for manual workers);
- poor ecology (the smoky air we breath, the bottled dead water we have to drink, endless noise around us);
- poor and irregular meals (junk foods we eat, different dyes and preservatives added to foods we take with our food, lack of vitamins and minerals);
- lack of healthy sleep (many persons suffer from insomnia, and those who are able to sleep well seldom sleep the normal amount of 7-8 hours a day. They prefer spending sleepless nights working or entertaining in night clubs);
- poor habits (smoking, drinking alcohol, drug abuse, staying inside too often, spending hours on front of TV and computer, taking elevator instead of walking a the stairs, catching a taxi or driving a car instead of walking a couple of blocks etc.);
- refusal to take a sick leave when we fall ill - we go on working and performing usual daily activities while our body has to overcome the health issue and to spare some energy to keep us moving on;
- taking too much medicines with and without doctor’s prescription instead of applying simple but highly effective therapies of wise folk medicine.

No wonder our immune system is dangerously affected and our nervous system is undermined! The weaker of the two breaks down deactivating us for weeks and weeks. Patients with affected nervous system cannot sleep, they lose appetite, sexual drive and any interest in daily routine that they usually enjoy. They experience unexpected attacks of panic and aggression, they cannot control their feelings and sometimes they go totally wild. They start with every loud noise and live anticipating morbid things to happen to them and the mankind. Fortunately, modern pharmacology is able of coping with health issues of that kind.

For instance Diazepam is one of the favorite and most trusted benzodiazepine drugs in the world among the best doctors. Benzodiazepine medicines are also tranquilizers. They act on the CNS, producing sedation and muscle relaxation and diminishing anxiety levels. Diazepam also well known as Valium. It is a relatively new medication produced in 1960 by a talented Dr. Leo Sternbach of Hoffmann-La Roche. Since then Diazepam cured thousands and thousands of panic and anxiety disorder patients in different countries of the world and proved to be equally effective and safe.

You can get cheap Diazepam online under various brand and generic names including Alboral, Aliseum, Alupram, Amiprol, Anlin, Ansiolin, Antenex, Anxicalm, Anxionil, Apo-diazepam, Apozepam, Armonil, Arzepam, Assival, Atensine, Azedipamin, Baogin, Benzopin, Best, Betapam, Britazepam, Calmpose, Calmod, Caudel, Centrazepam, Chuansuan, Consilium, D-Val, Desconet, Desloneg, Di-Tran, Diaceplex, Dialag, Dialar, Diapam, Diapax, Diapine, Diaquel, Diatran, Diazemuls, Diazepam, Diazepan, Diazepin, Dipaz, Dipezona, Disopam, Dizam, Doval, D-Pam, Drenian, Ducene, Dupin, Eridan, Elcion CR, Euphorin, Euphorin P, Evacalm, Gewacalm, Gradual, Gubex, Horizon, Jinpanfan, Kratium, Lamra, Lembrol, Lovium, Mandro, Mandro-Zep, Melode, Mentalium, Meval, Nellium, Nerozen, Neurosedin, Nivalen, Nixtensyn, Noan, Notense, Novazam, Novodipam, Ortopsique, Paceum, Pacitran, Paralium, Parzam, Pax, Paxate, Paxum, Pharmadine, Placidox, Plidan, Pomin, Propam, Prozepam, Psychopax, Q-Pam, Radizepam, Relanium, Reliver, Rival, Ro-Azepam, Saromet, Scriptopam, Seduxen, Servizepam, Simasedan, Sipam, Solis, Sonacon, Stesolid, T-Quil, Tensium, Tranquil, Tranquirit, Trazepam, Valaxona, Valinter, Valitran, Valrelease, Valuzepam, Vanconin, Vatran, Vazen, Vivol, Winii, X-O’Spaz, Zepaxid and Zetran.

Diazepam is commonly used to cope with anxiety, panic attacks, states of agitation, to decrease neurovegetative symptoms associated with vertigo and insomnia. Paradoxically, Diazepam, which is rather addictive, is great for removing the signs of alcohol, opiate and benzodiazepine withdrawal. Why you might ask? The truth is that Diazepam is one of the most slowly eliminated benzodiazepines, which allows to decrease the concentration of the others benzodiazepine medications in human body).

What is more, Diazepam helps avoiding complications with hallucinogens such as LSD and/or overdose of CNS stimulants such as cocaine or methamphetamine. Diazepam combined with other measures of intensive treatment is irreplaceable for coping with tetanus and irritable bowel syndrome. It is considered to be the best in palliative treatment of stiff person syndrome and pre- or postoperative sedation (if a patient needs painful endoscopic or surgical procedures). Surprisingly, Diazepam guarantees prophylactic treatment of oxygen toxicity during hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Diazepam is one of the few tranquilizers safely used in veterinary. For example Diazepam is prescribed as a short-term sedative and anxiolytic as well as treatment of seizures for cats and dogs. You will be shocked to hear that Diazepam can also be used as an appetite stimulant!

Safe and highly effective Diazepam is available as a tablet or capsule, as liquid solution and as suppositories and rectal tubes. This med is very slightly soluble in water, soluble in alcohol and freely soluble in chloroform. Diazepam has a very long half-life of up to 200 hours - in fact it will take your organism about 8.3 days for each dose of Diazepam you take to decrease its concentration in blood by only one half! That is why it is so essential not to overdose your tranquilizer! The safe dosage of Diazepam should not exceed 40 mg at the most. The daily dose of 40 or less milligrams should be divided into 3 equal administrations. Diazepam may be taken with or without food, but if you experience any gastric problems or feel abdominal pain after a few tablets taken, the best way out for you is having a substantial meal before taking your regular dose of Diazepam.

If you are recommended to take oral solution of Diazepam, always use calibrated dropper to measure prescribed dose and avoid dangerous overdose. The best way to take liquid Diazepam is to add your dose to some liquid, for instance, juice or water or semisolid food like applesauce or pudding). Now mix for a few seconds and administer the whole amount of mixture immediately! You should never prepare and store doses for future use.

If you happen to miss your doze of Diazepam, just skip it and take the next dose at the regularly scheduled time. Never try to gain your usual daily amount of Diazepam by taking two doses at the same time! The overdose can be fatal! Now it is easy to get hold of Diazepam no prescription needed. Please, do not forget that a larger dose of this med can kill you instead of brining relief!

Be warned that Diazepam can be habit-forming! If you take larger doses of the medicine, if you take it more often or happen to follow Diazepam therapy for a longer time than your medical man prescribes you, you will definitely end up in a hospital ward with painful side effects and withdrawal symptoms! If you are prescribed 6 mg of Diazepam a day, never take more than 2 mg of the medicine 3 times a day!

If you are 65 years of age or more, you should avoid taking Diazepam. This medication is a very active chemical and your body has to do a lot of work to metabolize and remove it from your body. If your organism fails to do this, you can experience severe complications!

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding you should keep off Diazepam! This medicine can hurt your baby because it easily penetrates your placenta and breast milk.

The medication may cause drowsiness and influence your judgment, thinking and/or reflexes, that is why be very careful driving and performing any tasks demanding mental alertness until you have determined Diazepam effect on you.

Please, keep off any alcoholic beverages, smoking tobacco, taking any drugs and using other depressants while taking Diazepam! You can overdose and kill yourself!

It’s extremely dangerous to take Diazepam if you are allergic to any benzodiazepines such as Alprazolam (Xanax), Chlordiazepoxide (Librium, Librax), Clonazepam (Klonopin), Clorazepate (Tranxene), Estazolam (ProSom), Flurazepam (Dalmane), Lorazepam (Ativan), Oxazepam (Serax), Prazepam (Centrax), Temazepam (Restoril), Triazolam (Halcion) etc. By the way, if you are allergic to any drugs, report your doctor about it!

Never take Diazepam with the following medications:

Antihistamines (for allergies); Cimetidine (Tagamet); Digoxin (Lanoxin); Disulfiram (Antabuse); Fluoxetine (Prozac); Isoniazid (INH, Laniazid, Nydrazid); Ketoconazole (Nizoral); Levodopa (Larodopa, Sinemet); any pills for depression, seizures, pain, Parkinson’s disease, asthma, and colds; Metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL); muscle relaxants; oral contraceptives; Probenecid (Benemid); Propoxyphene (Darvon); Propranolol (Inderal); Ranitidine (Zantac); Rifampin (Rifadin); sedatives; sleeping pills; Theophylline (Theo-Dur); any other tranquilizers; valproic acid (Depakene); and vitamins! myasthenia gravis (a muscle weakness disorder); severe liver disease; narrow-angle glaucoma; a severe breathing problem; sleep apnea (breathing stops during sleep); asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) or any other breathing problems; kidney or liver disease; epilepsy or other seizure disorder; mental illness, depression, suicidal thoughts or behavior; drug or alcohol addiction.

Diazepam proved to be a safe and effective medication enjoying rare side-effects. All the same, do not forget that Diazepam side effects typical for all benzodiazepines include:

- drowsiness, tired feeling, fatigue;

Make sure you take your Diazepam regularly exactly as your physician prescribed you. Then you will enjoy complete recovery within a few weeks and will never experience any troubles caused by Diazepam!
